Single Page responsive website. How do I create just add rows?

I want to create a single page responsive website. I have started and have six rows complted with width expanded and parallax effecti. Do I just continue making rows?

Yes jack, just add more rows as required, and use the page anchors to move between "pages".
This example is a single page website http://quayssanremo.com.au/
The menu items were created by adding new levels (rather than pages) and then highlight the level heading, select properties and select website page, anchor.
