Yesterday I asked You a question about Templates.

Thanks for quick reply from Samantha, unfortunatelly there is still something I dont understand:  for example there is a Photolica Template. If I want to download it, I can see the situation  shown below:

So on one hand I can see that it is free (1), on the other hand there is a button to Buy (2).

Is this in your interpretation a puchased Template or a free one, because I can download it for free (without Masonry). My question is still the same: 

Can I use this Template on more websites than one? Or should I again  "buy" it (for free) every time when I want to make a second website?  (actually if I  "buy" something for free, I am not buying it: for me to buy something means to pay money for it - do  I understand right? ).
