Please help.
When trying to export my website i get the error: Impossible to connect to server. Verify the entered parameters with the Internet Provider.
Looking on discussion boards i have already:
- Disabled firewall
- Enabled/disabled passive FTP
- Checked the JustHost server is not down
- Username and password are correct
Two other solutions came up but i dont know how to check/change them:
- Change number of connections to 1?
- Remote disk is full?
I have recently changed email addresses so changed the email address field under 1) General Settings. Since then it has not exported. However even changing back to my old email address does not export. Unsure if ths could be the issue?

If it was me I would attempt to connect to your site with filezilla (free) although your settings do appear to be correct (could the password have changed?), I would also access the control panel (usually joehush.co.uk/cpanel if a linux host) and check the available space, but probably the easiest is to contact your service provider.
The problem with accessing your site may be a temporary maintenance issue, but they will certainly be able to assist you in making the ftp connection.
