How can I change the frame settings of a product so that it automatically adjusts to the height of the page without the scroll bar appearing?

You can't eather adjust the height to the biggest text object or set less text.
You can adjust the size / eight in step3 , goto page of the shop, you will then be in step4, double click the shop object, then goto settings tab.
If you would like an automatic function for height I suggest to create an Idea post, maybe Incomedia can make something like that in future update.
