Changing Main Menu back to Horizontal from Drop Down Option

The Main Menu seems to have defaulted to the Drop Down Option but i want to have the Horizontal One above or below the header.
How can i change this behavior?

Mike, this "toaster" menu is because your existing menu items will not fit in one line across the width of the page. You can either reduce the size of the menu items, or change the template width to fit the menu.
If your site previously had more than one row of menu items, you will always get the "toaster" menu until you reduce the number or size so they fit on one line.
