Is there a video available on how to set up an online shopping cart

Hi I am have set up a shopping cart but wondered if there is a video regarding the setting up of the automatic sign in and password area and the database that would be required to handle the orders etc.
I want people to be able to sign into order on the shopping cart and then be able to maintain their details, and password so thatif they forget the password they can get a replacement sent to the automatically. I would also like to be able to keep a contact on the items they order and the information they provide, which I guess all has to be done by setting up a database, or does the program have some way of doing this automatically. A video of this setting up would be be very helpful if it is a vailable.

Read the manual / help for what the shop system can do in websitex5. I guess you need a big shop system to cover all your needs.
If someone has uploaded a video to it, you will find with search engines.

You can have your users sign in, but unfortunately not all what you want to do is automatically obtainable: for example, if a user loses his or her password, you should send them a new one. As to store users' information and previous purchases, this is unfortunately impossible by now, I am very sorry. Still, you can embed a database storing all your registrated users, the purchases and their status.
