Oh Dear  en

I bought this program yesterday and after several false starts [when I clicked to open it I was continually getting a message telling me it hadn’t been installed, even though I knew it had and I’d registered on the website], finally this morning I managed to start the program with only one instance of having to go through the tedious task – again – of registering on the website.

I’m completely baffled by this program.  I don’t think I’ve ever come across a program which shouts "simplicity" all over the place and which then proves to be the most complicated thing imaginable.

I have uninstalled the program and made sure that all the left-over files have been shredded.   I'm going back to good old Web Page Maker.

You will have to request a refund if you would like your money back, but rest assured, if you choose to reinstall WX5 there are many of us here who will gladly offer to assist no matter how fundamental or complex the question.

I use WX5 because it is easy to create responsive websites with little of no knowledge of html or php.

Dear Christopher,

I am so sorry about that!

Please check if under C:\Users\ The Admin username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ there is a folder called WebSite X5 v13 - Start and if the licence.iwl file is inside this folder.

If this folder exists and the file is there, copy the folder and paste it under c:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia and then start the program.

Please let me know if you need further help. Kind regards.
