Did you use the download from your account here in answers, else try that.

goto top right button next to your name. use pulldown -> download. There you should be able to download the full install file.

I am using the way to download as you sugest, Download 13.1.4.13  - and I still get the same wsx5_ev.1450624088 - not a exe file

If I click on 12.0.10.32 then this pop up opens, with a download request for an exe file.

Do you have software on your pc that might disturb this? Try to connect without security, or try from another computer.

Else sens me a mail you can find it if you click my picture, I will then upload the file to my server and you can try from there.

But it works for me so I suspect there are other programs on your pc that interfere (firewall?)

please try and disable your firewall and antivirus programmes, then try to download the version again.

I am almost giving up. Can't find where to change my Internet Explorer or antiwirus. But I tray to download using Google Chrome, and YES!! It works. Next time I have to download, I just use Chrome...
