Where is Dashboard?

I can't find the Dashboard. Maybe I am confusing the appearance with other software e.g. Wordpress?

I do not think websitex5 has a dashboard. You will be confused with worldpress
X5 has an admin panel, maybe you mean that?
You can get there by using the login and password in x5 step4 advanced settings -> acces management.
The admin panel itself can be opend by adding /admin behind your website adres.
