Hi
I made a pause in website X5 and now ... I cannot solve a problem.
I have a full size of 1920 px of the page. If I resize the browser window just a bit let's say to 1900 the responsive settings are on. I want the responsive layout and menu to appear only in lowest resolution let's say 480 px or at 960 px as I can see in the responsive window settings attached here.
Where is my mistake please?
Thank you!

And the 1900 px size - here the responsive is already activated despite the fact that in responsive settings the layout should be kept between 1920 and 960 px as the green line shows in attach Responsive Settings.jpg in the previous message.
Marius, at anything less than 1900 your viewport1 layout will activate as you have requested wx5 to do (this is indicated in your responsive settings screen capture 1899px-960px). Perhaps set the desktop width to greater than or equal to a lesser value (1500px??) which would have the advantage of letting people with lesser screens also see the desktop view.

Ok, let's put it in this way: setting the width of header at 1280 result in the responsive settings attached with the greater value of 1280 as screen size. Then lower then 1280 responsive is activated.
I am searching a way in which responsie layout activated at a lower screen size, let's say at 72o in the attach not at 1279. between 1280 and 720 I wish the screen only resizing not changing the layout (including the 3 lines menu).
It is possible?
Hello Marius,
for the first resolutions you have to set for each breakpoint the Vertical - Menu on the left and set it at about 150. In this way, you should see the normal menu from the largest resolution until 480 px. But from with the last resolution, i.e. less than 480 px, it is not possible to have the Vertical - Menu on the left and the hamburger menu will automatically be displayed: the reason is that this screen resolution is quite small, if the menu were shown, then it would take too much space and would be less user-friendly.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you. Kind regards.

Hi, Elisa
The menu is already set on vertical. It is possible to set this for each breakpoint? I guess not.

I am using Pro 12, sorry for double post.
Hi Marius,
I am sorry I thought you were talking about WebSite X5 Professional 13. I just checked, but unfortunately if you try to set the menu on Step 1 - General Settings > Default Template > Template Style > Responsive Template Structure you will see that there isn't the vertical menu option.
If you really want the vertical normal menu displayed for all breakpoints (except less than 480 px) I kindly suggest you to switch to the next version.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you. Kind regards.

Hello, Elisa. Is not only about the vertical menu but I am talking about the page layout. I want a way in which responsive layout to be activated at a lower screen size, let's say at 72o in the attach of the previous message not at 1279. between 1280 and 720 I wish the screen only resizing not changing the layout.

In other words if I have a 1920 maximum size I want it to resize until maybe 960 then the responsive layout to be activated.

I have loaded a trial of evo 13 but .. the same problem of all developers: everything is changed. I understand that are new features but the old ones should be remain in the same place because it is a nightmare to dig always again and again after new places where the items are moved. I am disappointed about v 13. And the menu settings cannot be found to set them vertical on each breakpoint. More, I can see it is impossible to set a resolution bigger then 960.
I will keep my pro 12.
Hi Marius,
I am sorry, I thought you were just referring to the menu. It is unfortunately impossible to set the responsive view to be activated just at a certain breakpoint.
If you have this need, why don't you write an Idea post about it? In this way the developers will be informed about this potential feature to be possibly taken in into account for future releases of the software.
Thank you in advance. Kind regards.
