If you mean the password to connect to your hosting. Then check the faq of your hosting company. They can provide you with a new one. Check if you have a portal with them. This can also bu used. After you get a new pasworf then fill this in in c5 then you should be able to connect again.

as Andre said, if you mean the password to your hosting you can get it by contacting the hosting provider. If you want to update your website online, that is unfortunately not possible, as for major changes you will need the program, which you can download from the "Download" section of your account here on the Help Center.
