SEND button in Email Form

I have a website where the main menu is a series of buttons to select a language .
For each language I have a registration page (Email Form) . Input is written to a DB .
Is there a way to tailor the label of the Submit button on that form according to language .
It looks like I have to decide on language in the section 'General' and it applies to all pages on my site and I cannot choose it per language .
Bottom line : I have amongst others a French section . If I choose English as my website language, the submit button will be labeled 'Send' . I would like to change that to 'Envoyer'. Is there a trick ?

The text in the send button depends on the choosen language on step 1 and it will be the same on the same project.
The only way is to create a different project for every language and then choose on step 1 the according language and export the projects in different folders.
