Have you uploaded your website and does it show up online ?

Try to reinstall the program and once you open the project in the program press CTRL while opening the preview and check if then it appears correctly.

In case try also to install it with the right click option as Administrator and then run the program as administrator.

In this case open following folder on your computer:

C:\Users\ YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v14 - Professional

and check if there is the file licence.iwl

In case it is not in this folder check if under the same path but on the Administator account you find this file and in case copy it and paste it in:

C:\Users\ YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v14 - Professional

Once done open the project and press CTRL while opening the preview.

The file licence.iwl is there in the right directory.

If i press and hold the CTRL the preview is OK ,but it is very slow and i need to hold ctrl for a long time.

This is not a way to work.

If i do not hold the CTRL it comes up with the message unregistered.

So there is still a problem.

An unanswered question i asked ,would it upload the website with the message "Unregistered"

you need to press the CTRL key only while you click on preview and then you can release it.

If you upload it now it would appear this message.

In which of the 2 accounts you found the file? The admin account or your user account?

Which windows version do you use?

I have only one account (should be admin) .I use win10.

Do you mean that if i upload the website the message will appear ?

If it appears in the preview most probably it will appear also online.

Check if with CTRL key it works and if it's no longer visible in the preview then you can upload it.

Bit i think there should be fix/update for the CTRL key issue.We never have to do this before.
