X5 14 pro. Problems with upload to server

There is a "problem while creating folder, try again later" during the upload process. then 14 pro seems to freeze. Not a single data is uploaded to my server.
(Same settings as in x13 > upload to server still works there. server-PW is correct)

OMG thank you so much had to add the"/" in front of the server dir.
