I think that that's because you have a visible page name, if you go to your folderlist under step 2 or 3 depending on which version you're using. You then click on the specific page and then on the properties button on the right side. Then  take a look at the screenshot I added. You can click to either make the page name visible or not.

Do you recognize something like this screenshot. I think it's called sitemap in the english version as well? You have to click on the properties button at the right (in my screenshot it says 'eigenschappen'.) If you click on that, you should arrive at a page as shown in the screenshot in my first post. There you can choose to display the pagetitle or not.
