I created websites using Microsoft Expression Web. Can I import/convert them edit them with Website X5 Professional 14?

You cannot import your material - you can however, easily import text by cut-and-paste.
It is rather easy and quick to build sites with X5 - even if you cannot import the material directly.
When all material ( text and images and evt. videos and sounds ) is ready, I think you will find that it is quick to build sites.
