It would be extremely helpful for more complex webshops if the products could be stored in the database and not locally on the PC with the X5 program on it.
This could give more flexibility to have different people work on the product data as it is now with orders.

For that
- all product related fields should be in tables
- the strange generic product ids should be "normal" unique keys (autoindent) so the products could be input from externally
- product pictures should in a specific ftp-folder, file names have to be unique keys too

With that bigger wepshops with lots of products could be organized much easier without always relying on the availability of the PC with the X5 software & project installed.
