Your V9 license key will not activate V14, when you purchase V14 you will receive a new key.

I am sorry I do not know if WX5 supports arabic, but since you have downloaded the demo you should be able to check.

*When I click on check for updates, It says; an update is available, do you want to install it now? I click yes. It starts the installation process. After a while, I receive an error message #406; it is not possible to install the files on your computer. 

(1)Do you provide a link to download the update file?

I am aware of the converting option. but i am not interesting in all of this because the application doesn't support Arabic. (2) Is is ok to use the shopping cart and the shop available on this evolution9 version without having to update? Will I face any trouble in the future? 

(3) It there a way to get modern themes and use it for evulution9?

If you click on your profile (top right) and select download, the most recent version should be available for download.

You can continue to use Version 9 for as long as you wish, but be aware that Incomedia no longer offer support for this version, so they cannot assist. There is a shopping cart you can use in V9, but recent changes to Paypal may cause you issues (you may find posts on this helpcenter that can let you work around the problem, but most solutions are for V11 & V12 so I am not able to advise how easy or hard it will be).

You can use all the themes as provided with V9, but most of the new themes require V13 or later. You can of course start with an empty template and create any design you like.

You should also be aware that V9 made major use of Flash. Flash is no longer supported by most browsers. You should also be aware that V9 was not a responsive design tool, as such your site will remain difficult to use on mobile devices.

My personal opinion is that there are too many reasons to move forward to V14 rather than persist with V9
