X14 installation not completed

following a crash on my mobile computer I uninstalled the X14, reboot the computer and try to install the X14 version.
The installation was not completed because I received an error message (sse attached file).
Any solution to resole the problem

Try please to use the tool you find on https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10164/fix-windows-update-errors by following the steps to see if this solves the issue you experience.

Thanks Claudio,
Since it was to be installed on my laptop and I did not have too much programme installed.. I re-installed windows with clean installed and now everything is fine. I will read your reference.
