We'd like to inform you that:
- During the festive season the Incomedia technical support could be a bit slower than usual, in particular from 23rd December until 7th January.
- Our office will be closed for the festive season on the following days: 8th, 25th, 26th December and 1st January 2018.
- From 27th until 29th December we will only provide installation and registration support through our official channels.
- Our Technical Support Team will assist you again regularly from Monday 08th January 2018.

I could not agree more John, I am constantly amazed at how knowledgeable and helpful the Incomedia staff are, let alone the Moderators and users - & I only see the english language questions and replies!
I have discovered very little about the capabilities of WX5 beyond what I have garnered from reading replies by the likes of Andre & Claudio, the software is great, the support for existing features and how to implement them is wonderful.

For the French part it's going pretty much right. Some ask for help, have a good answer, but forget to come and thank
. they come back a few weeks or months later to cry a little 
...
But the majority is very friendly and the relations are good. We are lucky to have a well-run forum.
I often look at the interventions of Andre and Esach because sometimes they help me in my research. Thank you.
