Vladimir, if the menu is in the header it will be on every page, if it is the sidebar it will be on every page at desktop resolution, but for the sidebar you will probably have to turn it on for each lesser resolution. Step2Template, Template structure, select each resolution and make sure the structure type is header footer and sidebar.

It is off by default because mobile devices are not best suited to vertical menus because of lower screen resolution, so this lets you switch from vertical menu on desktop, to horizontal menu on mobiles (just add the menu object in the header at the appropriate resolution)

Vladimír, I am not sure I understand, but in V14 you can add a menu object anywhere on any page, So you could fill the RH column of cells with a menu object. You could then copy and paste the object to every page that requires it.

It is not necessary to set up the template with a sidebar, any column (or row) can be a menu, but if you are doing this you need to copy the menu to all appropriate pages.
