Is there a proper published user guide/manual?

I am seriously thinking about buying the x5 software but I can't find a proper user guide that I can work through or refer to to build my site. So is the only way of getting help through the forum and trawling through previous queries which takes up a lot of time. Can 'support' be contacted direct or only through the forum and you hope that they pick the query up.
I sincerely hope that I am missing a trick and that one does exist.

Patricia, the manual is online for download once the software is registered, but the manual can also be accessed by pressing F1 or clicking help from inside the program (when in the program, F1/help will always attempt to offer help relevant to what you are doing). Clicking the down arrow next to help, and then clicking on summary will bring up the online version of the PDF manual.
Through the forum there are a significant number of users who will attempt to provide a concise answer if you ask a question. Incomedia staff will always check your question and review any answers to provide additional support within 24 to 48 hours if the question is not marked as having a correct answer.
Sadly many of us also find the search routine on this forum a little challenging.
