Hi Everybody
I want to ask you something, hope you can help me
web site has information on products ,there is a form about the product on the page. the visitor is looking at the product and wants price information ,filling the contact form. there is a table under form. you will see if you login to my website. http://www.antpendamlama.com/atp-16.php please visit my website and you will undarstand me better :)
My question: how can I add this table into the form

I don't think it is possible to add a table to a contact form. Perhaps you can redesign your contact form with the options available?

You need to use the multiple choice option, have spaces between the numbers like my sample with either a label above set to the same as your column titiles at equally spaced intervals.

It is possible to store the data from a contact-form in a database table and also send via mail.
X5 can do this as standard. It requires no extra code.
