Dynamic Dns issue/ Not able to access public Ip

Hello,
let ie tell you each step by step
1) I have WAMP Server installed on my pc and port forwarding done
2) I have created a website using Website X5 ver. 12
3) and taken free Dynamic DNS from ddns.net
4) installed sendmail software in my WAMP folder for email sending for shopping cart and form and enabled it.
done yesterday(in send mail from my mail set in it to customer email: worked perfectly fine)
5) Today when i started my computer again, WAMP server is running, put to online, DDNS service is running which keeps my current dynamic dns updated.
Now the issue:
I am unable to access my public Ip provided by my ISP outside not even using actual IP neither from dynamic dns at all.
What could be wrong
please help

1) is it anything to do with my ISP?
2) any thing to do with my public ip (which is dynamic) set to access through ddns.net
3) any thing to be done in my machine?
4) is my system access by any way got blocked from outside, I am using Windows 10, Windows Firwall and Avast Antivirus.

this doesn't depend on the software, but rather on the server configuration. Unfortunately, as it goes beyond the program, I cannot provide you with assistance about this aspect, I am sorry about this.
Are you setting up your own server? Maybe you could use one of the free servers available on the web, there are many.
