The PDF document "Notes for converting from version 13 to version 14" located at http://static.incomedia.eu/websitex5.com/pdf/EN/v13tov14EN.pdf is not loading. I want to upgrade from v13 to v15 soon, but want to be sure I've got my bases covered. Any idea where I can find these notes? Thanks!

Steven, the PDF loads for me.
The document is just as relevant for v15 as it is for v14

It seems the website doesn't like it when someone's on a VPN. The PDF loaded fine when I turned it off. That doesn't happen often, but it's annoying when it does. Thanks!
