If I get what you mean correctly, you wish your customers to be able to select multiple products without being redirected to the Cart immediately.

This is a very simple behavior to achieve.

You can customize this option directly under the Product Catalog Object, as shown in the screenshot I'm going to attach:

This will avoid the redirect you mentioned.

Thats great, is there a way to show the produces in a book style instead all showing all the produces on the same page?

Unfortunately no.

At the moment, your best option, if you wish to present only a certain amount of products per page, even if you want one, I suggest you create a new page and insert a new Product Catalog object in each, with different products shown, as there is currently no other way to present these with the default software's capabilities.
