Newly Purchased Template Not Showing Up

I just purchased the GoodBoy Fundraising template.
I received an email that says, "When you create a new project in WebSite X5 version 14, you will find the item in the Template Selection > Licensed window."
However, this template does NOT show up.
My previous purchases are there, but not this new acquisition.
Why is that?
How can I get this template to show up?

OK, I figured it out.
I had to download the template's .EXE file from thiswebsite.
After running the .EXE file, it generated an .iwzip file that I could open.
So the instructions sent to me by Incomedia are incorrect. They said, "When you create a new project in WebSite X5 version 14, you will find the item in the Template Selection > Licensed window."
That does not work.
Hope this helps someone else.
