Website X5 Pro v15 - It is not possible to complete the download  en

Am facing similar problem as some other users here. I bought several templates from Marketplace and am finding that I am now not able to download the templates (under Display > Licensed).

It keeps giving me the error "It is not possible to complete the download".

I tried downloading "Yoganess", "Photogram", "GLow Music Festival" - all with the same error/results.

I have already tried following advice as given in some of the replies (eg. turn off firewall, turn off antivirus, etc) but still no joy.

Please help, so that I can start using one of these templates.

If there is a known problem I am sure you will get assistance, but just in case the problem is local to you, have you recently restarted your PC/Laptop and ensured there is not a Windows Update currently in progress?

Hi there, 

I am sorry for this inconvenience.

First close the program. Then, please go to C: \ Users \ YourUserName \ AppData \ Local \ Incomedia \ WebSite X5 v15- Professional and delete the "Templates" folder.

Next, enter the Libraries folder. Here, you will find a file called "templates.xml", please deletes this file, too. After that you can start in the program and try again.

Hi there, Elisa,

Just tried it and did not seem to work. However, I noticed that those which I had purchased (eg "Heavy", "Glow Music Festival"...) had this problem, whereas those others which are shown can be downloaded and installed just fine.

So what is different with these PURCHASED templates?

Hi Moderator,

I also tried restarting the PC before (re)trying the download - problem was still there.And no, there were no other (active) background activities then.

Hello!

Do you by chance have any other users a part from YourUserName and Admin under C: \ Users \? 

Please go to C: \ Users \ YourUserName \ AppData \ Local \ Incomedia \  and delete the folder WebSite X5 v15- Professional. Then, please access the Download section of your account and download WebSite X5 Professional, so to install it again. 

If you need urgently use the project, you can download the Full Template you have purchased by the Download>Full Template  section of your account, install it and import the iwzip project file.
