You need a hoster (provider) for the server space and a domain that you usually get from the hoster.

as Andreas suggested, you will get all thete data you need to insert at Step 5 from the provide you subscribed to. If you did not subscribe to any hosting provider, you can have a look in the "Webhosting" section of your account, where you will find some providers we're having a promotion with.
