Did yu try the action in the post I gave you?

Export project then import the exported project and test again?

else make a duplicate project, remove some pages ( I don't know how big the project is)

try the export option, if it falls remove more pages until you find the page with the fault.

then make a duplicat agaain from the original, remove there the page with trouble export project, the create a new page on your new computer.

So in short you need to some debugging on the project.

Goodluck.

Wes, for what it's worth you can move your project even with the issue if it is urgent and you do not intend to upgrade from v13.

Simply install WX5 v13 on the new PC.

Fom your old PC copy the whole project folder from documents\incomedia\website X5 v13 - Evolution\ProjectName to a USB or external device, then put it in exactly the same place on the new PC.

However, please look for the missing or corrupted file or image within the project and ultimately repair it as described by Andre. Without an iwzip file (step5export, export project) you do not have a reliable backup, and you have no way of upgrading WX5 should you wish to do so.

All fixed. Obviously I couldn't follow André fisrt option because the export failure was the whole problem. So I spend yesterday deleting pages one-by-one until I found the faulty one. From there it was easy because it was a simple page to re-do.

Special thanks to Esahc whose helpful call was a very pleasant surprise. I do think this kind of problem needs a better solution from the Website X5 developers.
