Hi everyone,

I m trying to implement google translate button to header of my website, but I m fighting little bit with responsive design setup. When I put google translate button to header for higher resolution it looks hard to say normal, let s say acceptable (this is for higher resolution). Resolution smaller than 960 px is making big troubles - look at website www.myfreedom.sk, please. In smaller resolution is the button out of  visible area and this make the website I would call it weird. Because it looks like You covered some part of the website with some content, then You have white empty area and You need to go to the right to find the translation button. I have tried to place the button to the left part (right above menu) but in smaller resolution the button disappeared and is placed don t know where...

I wanna ask - is there a way how to get to welcome page google translation button, because what I m really always fighting with on my ways around the globe - automatic selection of the language, which drives me crazy when You are in Japan, China, Indonesia (for me very strange languages).

Is there a way how to erase 480 px resolution out of the website x5 as default resolution? Is really the only way making the languages one by one and placing them somewhere in the menu?

Thank You

Ivan

In step2 template, template content, you can rearrange the content for each resolution independently. This will not affect other resolutions, so simply move the google translate button as required. Similarly with graphics and text.

To find the button, look for one of the "handles"

You can also control the header and/or header background independently for each resolution in Template Structure

If you want the language  selected on the entry page there is an option, but YOU must create a separate site for each language and link to it

I would use google translate unless you know your specific audience.
