Problems Publishing Website  en

I've been trying to post a new content to my website (www.baileystreet.net), but the old site (which shows the header but not the content) keeps appearing on the internet. In other words the new content simply will not replace the old. If I try to access the help file through the program (Evolution 12), I get a message that it can't connect with the server. I'm wondering if that could have anything to do with it not updating even though when I go through the process of uploading it to the internet, the program tells me it has been sucessfully completed. At any rate, since I write a blog which needs to updated frequently, I need to be able to publish updated content every few days. So, I really need to know how to fix whatever is wrong.

Charles, you appear to have 2 home pages (although they look identical to me)

www.baileystreet.net/index.html and www.baileystreet.net/index.php

Perhaps you could rename/delete both index files when you first log in to your host to upload, and hopefully after the complete upload only the correct index file will be available?

You would also be well advised to always use CTRL+F5 (flush cache) when first browsing your online site.
