Aleksey - sadly I do not understand. Please explain the problem to an old guy who does not speak (or read) your language.

For this guy i upload video... you not see link?
Aleksey, OK, I see it now. The text in the footer pulses when the top menu's come down. Do you wish to treat this as a bug or a feature :-)
Does this also happen if you view in Firefox, edge or chrome?

i try this bug in opera and chrome. this happens when I add an effect to the drop-down menu !! (not all, i try two: rotate and rubber). This was not in the past versions of your program! fix it!
"Do you wish to treat this as a bug or a feature :-)" - when I use your program I'm not as funny as you !! permanent errors (which your programmers fix for 4 months) do not allow me to finish the project normally !!! all that I see is a constant apology - but there is almost no concrete work !!! you have only 4 programmers who are obviously not doing what us need!
Aleksey - I understand your frustration, but I am only a user like yourself (moderators are simply users who are right often enough to be helpful to others most of the time I guess).
If time permits I will attempt to re-create your problem with a minimalist test project. If I can do so I will post it here so Incomedia can verify the problem (unless you can do so before me).

take my proj, can this help fix one of the many bugs

Aleksey, I see the problem and have requested Incomedia take a look (because it may be an indication of a deeper problem). The problem seems to occur when the menu items indicated are selected, & I can only assume the same would happen if this was a sticky menu (otherwise, few people would see the menu and the footer simultaneously).
Thank you for providing the example.

You are absolutely right on the levels !!! I understand that the footer will not be visible, BUT this is a problem and it must be solved! Thanks for taking the time!
Hi Aleksey, Esahc.
I can definitely see the issue in your video and in your project, although I have been unable to reproduce the exact same effect on a new one.
I have proceeded to forwarding your project with this peculiar issue to the developers so that it can be analyzed properly, and I will get back to you as soon as news is available on it
Thank you for your report

two man see issue ,one not.... fantastic....
Aleksey, I saw the issue on your site, but I did not try to reproduce the problem on a new project (Stefano saw the issue but could not reproduce it when creating a new project). The project has been forwarded to the developers for investigation. I would put that down to a win for you :-)
BTW
I did try to see if there was an issue when I copied your menu to the sticky bar and I could not reproduce it, but I do not know if that was caused by the bug in the stickybar drop down for which there is a pending fix.

I sent the video and if to do also that error is visible !!! you just too lazy or do not want to !!!!! I checked again on the new project and the error PRESENT !!!
for lazy people I'll sign it again:
1 create new project with multilevel menu
2 apply effect to level menu (rotate, attach or rubber) - The problem is visible if you add these effects!!!
3 in footer (background black ,text red) - what would be better to see
its ALL - this is probably difficult for you ....
Hi Aleksey.
As I said, I did see the problem, I was just not able to reproduce it.
Still, it has been sent forward for analysis since the issue is there. I'll make sure to update you as soon as news come in
Thank you
Stefano
