Barry - what are the changes you are making? Is this a new or imported/updated project

I have found if I first press save (& wait) before attempting preview, the process is much smoother.

If you are changing a menu, header or footer WX5 must update every page at every resolution, whereas a simple text or image change only affects one page (all be it with code for every resolution).

Please also remember to export the project frequently, you can rename or add a version number of date easily in v16, this will give you a perfect backup.

On older hardware I have found defragmenting the hard drive can speed up the process of saving and previewing dramatically (I use defraggler - not windows defragmenter).

Please advise if I have missed the point.
