Email form only works with some email

i have a very odd issue with the email form. i have tried to change the script but still not working properly.
the issue is that if a customer with a gmail fill in the form to Contact us or to register his email address, he will receive a confirmation email but i do not receive anything. so i will not know that a customer has send a message or registed his email address.
however, the form work if i use the email of another of my website
the website with the problem is www.candlebagsuk.co.uk

Hi Fab.
In most situations, if some specific addresses are receiving emails and other aren't, the issue is to be found somewhere in the way the Email Server is configured directly on your hosting. Some email domains might be blocked, or something similar might be happening.
Most probably, if at least one email is working on the website, the script is already working correctly.
Please consult your hosting's support about this, and let me know if you manage to solve the issue

Check with your provider if they have some error logs in their smtp server.

Contact GoDaddy and eventually ask if you are set for Workspace or cPanel server.
It could have that they should turn on MX entries so mails will be sent through cPanel server.
Or whatever it could be - but do as FALCK and Stefano advise - contact your provider.
Also - some providers demand that the from-mail-address should be on/from their server.
I suppose you have been using the php mail.
