Hello Hiu,

Did you fill the background colour and the text colour of the menu as white or you have not inserter the menu item for the desktop viewport?

Go to Step 2:Template>Then edit your menu object and see it in preview.

If it is possible, then upload a screenshot of the Template content of this viewport

Thank you

Because your menu is showing in the sticky bar. So either you have not inserted the menu object in the template content or your filled all colour to white

Hello Hiu,

The attachment showing that you have set the default template settings.

Do the following

Open Website X5>Select your Project>Go to Step 2:Template>Then Select Template Content>Now from the Drop Down Menu of Categories Section, select Main Template Content>There you will see Menu object>Simply Drag and drop the Menu object where you want>After inserting double click on that object and edit your menu settings like, background colours, text colours, font etc.>Then Save it

Hope this will help you. If you have any query regarding this feel free to keep posting

Thank you

Hiu

Does step 2, template, template content look like this?

If not, did the menu get overwritten by a graphic of some sort? When your page 1st loaded on my PC it appeared that there may be a white graphic on top of the menu??

If this is not the case, you can either drag and drop the menu item to the header and then resize by dragging the handles to shape it as required, then set your menu colours.

Or you could open the sticky bar, right click on the menu object, select copy and then paste into the header via step 2 template, template content.

I have included a dummied up verion of your website I created to indicate what I thought was wrong, please import it (it will not overwrite your existing project) to see what I did.

Hope that helps
