Have you tried with a different project? Does the same happen or does this occur only on this one project? How big is it?

Does it alwasy stop on the same percentage? Have you tried leaving it load for a while and see if it ever moves from there?

Please review all this information and let me know the results to these. This way, it could be much easier to understand what could be going on exactly
