follow the steps

Open Website X5>Select your project>Go to Step 1:Settings>Select SHopping cart

Then Add a new product>Give your product a name, price, weight, vat etc.>Then select options tab

Now in the Main option list select Add to add new options for your product

Then add your main options and the price and weight difference from the main product. For example if you want to set intel i3 as default product then the price and weight difference should be zero, then for i5 and i7 it may vary

After creating main option, then you have to create the sub option. To do so, click on Add button in the sub-option list

Now add your sub options like 2.2 GHz, 3.3 GHz etc. After creating sub options select the sub option appearence for main option. For example you want your buyer to purchase all variations for i7 processor then select i7 from main option and then tick on all checkboxes from sub-options. If you want your buyer to purchase 2 variation for i3 then select i3 from main option and just tick on checkboxes of 2.2 GHz and 3.3 GHz or others and remain untick the other checkboxes.
