Can't save project. Get error message: "An error occurred while saving the file."

I am getting the message in the enclosed attachment while trying to save the file. It was working fine earlier today but has quit. It says another process is using the file but don't know what that would be since there is only one occurrence of it on my computer. I can't make any changes to my project now. Nothing has changed with my virus software either. My project is at a standstill.

Robert, can we assume the problem fixed itself?
I have seen this issue with a windows update in the background, and also with OneDrive doing it's thing as well as network/USB connections and backup solutions.
In case of future problems, please make regular use of step 5 export, export project, and rename the iwzip so you can keep multiple versions.
