I think title tag and header <h1...h6> tag management should be enabled in all Website x5 versions not only in Proffesional. It is very common cofiguration available in all CMS. There is nothing "proffesional". Lack of title tag and header <h1...h6> tag management on cheaper version of Website x5 may be a good reason to switch to free CMS.
