Activation Issue - Ver 17  en

I have run into a problem with exceeding the number of times to activate my version of Evolution 17.

When I installed Ver 17 two weeks ago, I didn't realise it, but it overwrote the files where Ver 16 had been placed.

I wanted to move between Ver 16 and Ver 17, so I attempted to re-install Ver 16, but I have introduced an activation issue, and this comes up with Ver 17 as well.

Could you clear the activation issue on my account, so I can install Ver 17 please.

Normally all versions have there own space and can work next to eachother.

maybe remove the 2 x5 versions, then reinstall them both in standard file locations from the download of the hepdesk (top right next to your name -> download)

Let me know how this works out.

create backaups in step5 as much as you still can. project should not be effected but a backup is always importand.

I tried to remove and re-install them, but I still got the 'too many attempts at activation message'.

That's not the exact message, but something similar.

I repeat what I requested above. I need to get your company to remove the block on activation attempts.

If you are unable to do that, could you point me in the direction of the department that can.

Please ignore my earlier email, as I tried again this morning to remove then re-install Ver 17 and it has worked.
