How to set United States as default country when shopping cart appears

I just noticed when testing the shopping cart, that in the country choice drop down box Afghanistan is the default selection. Any way to change this to United States, or "select", or just blank? Throwing the name Afghanistan at everyone who visits the cart seems a little odd. I know it is first in the list alphabetically. Can I change the order of that list and make "select one" or "United States" as the default?

The list of countries and country codes is listed in the Language Center, you can customize it as you like.
Where: 1 Settings - General - Website Language - Ikon Right (Sheet with Pen)
ID content: country_names and country_code.
It is best to make a copy of your entry, because with Update / Upgrade this content can be overwritten.

Thanks. I did find it by reading another post this evening and experiementing. I was able to set US first ahead of Afghanistan and it worked. Then I rearranged the fields on the cart entry page so country appears above state and zip code fields. Tweaked the US States setting too.
But your comment about make a copy of my entry, is that something I do within the software. Or do you mean keep a note somewhere on my desk indefinitely of the changes I made so I do not forget how?
In each case I save the field name and field content in a text file, so that in case of possible loss of customization by upgrading websitex5 (which may also include language center customization and enhancements), I keep an archive of my customizations that I can then reenterbecause I can not keep this in mind.

Thanks, JJ. Basically, keep a notebook - with real pen and paper. Been doing that on a lot of legal pads. I just discovered the setting changes in languages is per project, and not across the software. So as I create the main project I want to work on, I have to go in and make all these changes. At least it is working and giving desired results.
