Just open my website x5 v10 and its no longer working?

I had not used it in a few years but when i instedd it today i got this, not sure what the problem is.. does one

Christian, WX5 does not expire.
You may wish to temporarily disable or uninstall anti-virus, malware, firewall or perhaps VPN which may be now blocking the program. If that fails, perhaps check the HD to make sure no errors have developed in it (open CMD as administrator, chkdsk c: /r and Y to run next startup)
