Getting An Error While Trying To View My New Website

Got a big problem here. I uploaded my new website to the server and I am now getting this error and I can't view my site at all. Can someone please help with this ASAP. Thanks.
"Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
