Generic Error Website X5 EV 17

Good day,
I have just upgraded from X5 ev 13 to and 17.
I have my website adapted and uploaded in the new version 17. But if I want to place an order online, I get a "generic error", see attachment.
Please help me to solve this problem.

try a full upload.
check php settings of provider, this needs to be 5.6, but it's beter to set it at php 7.x
then check website again.
php setting can be controlled by your admin panel from your webhost. If you are not sure, check there FAQ to see how to set this.
