Edit the Sticky Menu.
Replace picture of Tooth with new logo.

Save the Tooth Template. -> step2 template -> custom template management, press add.

As Andre said, you will find the tooth logo on Step 2 - Sticky Bar > Contents. You will also find the same file on Step 2- Template Content> Header.
