Information is a non-countable noun (you can't have 4 informations), so it is neither singular nor plural. The correct usage is "information" without the 's'.

I think that the title line above goes a long way toward explaining problems with this company and it's software.  I tried the product and liked it.  I ordered WS X5 Evolution and a 25-credit pack for a total of $92.49.  As I got into using WS X5, I ran into difficulties with using the product.  The final straw was posting in the community for help"How to add fonts to Website X5 Evolution V17?" on February 28.  After never getting my question answered and digging deeper into WS X5, I discovered that everything internal to WS X5 is proprietary formats.  File extensions that can only be opened by WS X5.  Early on I began receiving marketing emails in both English and German.  That finally got cleared up with no explanation.  On March 4, I removed WS X5 fro my system and requested a refund.  This is the reply:

"I was checking your purchase #?????????, but I have noticed that unfortunately the order has been placed on January 19th, 2019, i.e. more than 30 days ago. Unfortunately, the refund is possible if requested within 30 days from the purchase date, I am so sorry about this. Maybe you could tell me more about the issue you are experiencing, so I can pass it to the technicians, who I am sure would be happy to help you further.

No refund of even the 25-credit pack which has not been used and will never be used?  I really think that Incomedia needs to review it's refund policy with an eye to customer relations.  I am very disappointed with this company, especially since I have been a developer for 45+ years and am currently on a limited income in semi-retirement.  Any refund at all would be greatly appreciated.  I am giving the company 30 days to respond.
