Lost Admin password ?

hi team,
when trying to go into my admin section of my website to check the X 5 manager section to copy and paste the QR code so i can use the app on my mobile i'm not able to login anymore.
i tried all possible emails and passwords from the past but it seems i have lost my admin login

Site Settings, Advanced Tabs, Access Management and click Admin... Here you have your connection data for the online admin panel...
