How to control it was says there are no comments thne how to control them when i logged in to admin it says no comments in guestbook tab

Did you select the correct guestbook in the admin section? If on your site there are more guestbooks, a small dropdown menu is shown in the admin section with the list of all of them. They're shown in the list using they're unique ids. Just select the correct one and you'll see the comments.
