HI
I would like some help on the weight section of the shopping cart
when i enter 0,450gramms into the weight area meaning the product weighs 450 grams the weight is saved as 0,45 grams or 45 gramms.is this correct or how do i get the full 0,450 grams saved.in my CSV i only see 0,45 grames instead of 0,450 grammes.these settings are very important when i ship products to my customer with the correct weight.
Thank you,

John, I am not exactly sure of your issue (ie .45 is exactly the same value as 0.450)
However, I note you have used a comma in your post, if you have also used a comma in the weight in your shopping cart this will corrupt the csv as the comma is a delimiter (ie field1,field2,field3,etc). You should use a full stop (eg 0.450gms).

HI Esahc please find attached photo of a product in my shopping cart i have been trying to chage the comma to full stop but without success.
thank you
Maybe you have to check your regional settings. When data is uploaded is should mean nothing what regional settings you have on your PC, but when importing/exporting, I think it is important that the regional settings in Windows and in the excel is the same.
If Your Windows use comma as the setting, and your Excel uses full-stop, it could cause trouble.
In my basket a comma is used. When I put in a value of 0.45 it changes it to 45 - this is because I have to use comma as decimal separator. If I changed the settings for my windows, I could use . (full-stop ) as decimal separator. But I would still have that 0.450 would be changed to 0.45 I think. And it is also the same.
